Large Facility

Our warehouse consists of two large rooms totaling 6,000 square feet! This allows us to consistently rotate product to keep a fresh selection of pallets on the floor! Other features include a full size loading dock, forklift, and a loading ramp! This means we can accommodate any type of loading method!

On a whim, I decided to try purchasing a pallet. I’d been to two other local warehouses, but felt the need for something different. Boom! Prime Pallet came up with 5 star reviews. Only 30 minutes away, (Greenfield) I grabbed my family, a U-haul van and hit the road. As usual, to spare writing a novel of POSITIVE details that ensued, I’ll just say Keith, James and Caroline are a super kind, down to earth family that work really well at running a business together. I recommend anyone whose looking to purchase a liquidation/wholesale/returns pallet, to make the trip and check them out!!!

Today was our first time stopping in and I have to say we are very pleased with what we seen. We are also happy with the pallet we got today. Keith was super helpful and very nice. Checkout was easy. I’m not sure what the ladies name was but she was super nice and made the payment process easy. We will for sure be back. I recommend this place.

We have purchased several pallets from here and are very happy with them and the service. Customer service is a huge thing with me and this business has the best customer service around. What forms of payment do you accept?

Do I have to pay sales tax?

If you have a current resellers certificate / sales tax exemption form provided by the state, then no, you will be tax exempt. Otherwise, the standard Indiana sales tax rate of 7% will be added to the total purchase price.
